As a ear muff, it is great – if you have medium or small head for a man. If you are 6 ft+ tall and not too skinny, you might find this too short and it starts giving you a pain in the neck – almost (pun intended).

While the detachable headphones attach and detach properly (a standard jack is used), no extra extrusions for the headphones, etc, I found a few issues with the headphones. For one, the microphone is not that good, I had to either shout or repeat, when I am walking. Before this I used a standard in-ear Belkin headphones that used to work fine. This one doesn’t.
Audio quality is just ok, not great, but you don’t expect too much at this price range anyway. For the price audio quality is fine. The button for taking the call or ending the call doesn’t seem to work properly with my Nokia phone. I don’t think that’s the phone issue, as it works with almost any headphone I threw at it. This one has the maximum issues in this respect. Some times I can take the call, but can’t hang up.
In all, as ear muff, and for very rare, infrequent phone use, and for ipod use it is ok for this price range.

I ordered these ear warmer headphones because on the first reply cold day of the year I got about two blocks on my walk before I turned around and came home. They have surprisingly good sound, and they are warm. They also have a noise dampening factor, so if you are walking around with them, some of the annoying traffic sounds are at a reduced level, while still allowing you to hear the traffic. I use them mainly for audio books, but music sounds fine too!
I recommend them for walks on cold days, and for inside if you like hot ears and a measure of sound isolation!

This is a good product. I work in a cooler all day and this keeps my ears warm. The only problem is it gets static every so often if doing work and hitting the ipod connection. It fits nicely and is what was represented on the site

Today was my first day running with these and the only issue I find is the length of the cord. It is so long it gets wrapped up in my arm as I’m running and the music breaks up because of the movement (a quick fix with a zip tie). Very nice for anyone that just needs warm headphones. I did not have the hard plastic issue others are reporting.

These do not fit well should be size does a small.

I bought this for my grandson who is attending college in a cold weather state. I wasn’t sure how he would like it, but He did. He usually wears ear phones, but these headphones were more comfortable and he could even wear his warm cap on his head with no bulging ear phones.

This is actually a great product. But the cord kept getting into things and people (on the bus and subway); the cord eventually gave way. I am contemplating buying a cordless/Bluetooth one. You should definitely buy this if you can figure out what to do with that cord.

I bought my first pair of these at the airport and I love them. They are so comfortable that I can sleep in them in the plane or in bed. Great for listening to music to fall asleep. My first pair still works fine, I like them so much I wanted a back up pair.

They fit well and the sound quality was just as good as my earbuds. Only complaint I have is as I ran they would slide. I’m not sure if it’s due to my glasses or the fact that I have a smaller head. They definitely do their job of providing warmth and sounds!

The wire shorted out after a few months and I could no longer use the headphone feature. Thumbs down.
