the cap is fine. however if you swim 4 or 5 days a week like i do, then don’t expect the cap to retain its elasticy. it loosens up after not too long. it does last a bit longer if you rinse it and apply powder after each use as per care instructions. but one loses the patience for that maintenance…i did buy about three of these. but no more. going to switch to speedo cap

Great swimming cap. I am a big fan of 2XU and feel you get what you pay for when it comes to fitness gear. I have been using this exclusively in the pool for laps and it has been great. No slippage, covers at least half my ear and keeps my goggle straps in place. You barely even know you have it on. I’m training for a half ironman and this cap will definitely be on my head for that event.

For me, silicone is the way to go for a swim cap – I tend to put my fingers through latex (not to mention it rips at my hair). Price is perfect.

My first silicon swim cap and I’m very pleased. It fits perfect and is not extremely tight as I had read about other caps. I can keep it on for workouts that last over one hour and is comfortable.
