The slippers are twisted and do not fit. I returned them and lost money on them as I did not even get the returned shipping. Don’t buy them. Customer service was not friendly.
These slippers were/are for m’ mom. My sis sent her a pair a while back. Mom blamed the too small on herself because she sent ’em through the close dryer.
I bought a 2 pair pack. They’ve gone thru the wash, but have been air dried. Still too small. Amazon had one "size" only 6-9. She needed an 8-11.
