This is a nice quality belt and looks great. However it measures 2.5 inches at the widest and will not fit through belt loops. It is designed to wear over clothing, like a dress or shirt. I almost kept it because I like the design so much.

This is the perfect wide belt to accentuate the waist with dresses and high-waisted skirts. I bought this in both black and brown!
The buckle is really large–too large for my liking.
