These are great briefs. Sometimes I think the quality of 2(x)ist is going down from what it was in years past, but these are fun "handkerchief" pattern briefs. The material is very soft and stretchy, incredibly comfortable to wear, and holds everything where it should. I normally wear a medium in most of the 2(x)ist line but after washing found these a tad snug for my preference, and have found that the large after the wash gives me a much better fit (I wear a 34" waist pants). I have noticed that after a dozen or so washes the color of the material is fading out some.
I like the originality of the print, hopefully it will stay the same after a few washes. In general 2xist underwear tend to run a little small, so I prefer to go a size up.
The fit is always good, same as the quality. with other brands I had the problem that after a while they stretch and they look like an old man underwear where one of my nuts pops out. but I never had that problem with 2xist, they always keep the shape as if brand new.
This is really an awesome piece, and the fabric is so soft and very comfortable . Very nice print . It should be washed in normal water to retain its colour. I love it
I have pairs in blue and red. The blue ones are starting to fade and show signs of wear. However, the red still almost as good as the day I received them.

2(x)ist are the only briefs I own. These are incredibly comfortable and look great on. I often don’t care for the "No Show" style because they can feel too binding. But these were a nice exception.
Best fitting underwear I have found if you have a big package to hold. 110% great fit and quality. They do not shrink like others do after three washes and hold the color.

Too small in the crotch and slightly loose in the waist. Nice print. Needs more fabric in the pouch and tighter elastic in waist and leg openings.
